To reserve your space, download and fill out the appropriate contract. Send check and TWO COPIES of the contract to:

Early Sign-Up Rates

To recieve Early Sign-Up rages, a 50% deposit must be in by October 31st.
NO EXCEPTIONS!

Booth includes:

1 - 10 x 10 draped booth
8 ft. high back drapes and
3 ft. high side drapes
2 parking passes per booth*
50% per booth deposit due with signed contract, Balance due 1/1/2008

EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE:

NO REFUNDS AFTER 1/1/2008
Unless full payment is received by 1/1/2008 the Madison Fishing Expo Inc. reserves the right to replace partially paid exhibitors with fully paid exhibitors.
BOOTH SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS (BOOTH PREFERENCE NOT GUARANTEED).
